one week to go

     Went shopping with my friend Nadine..together we get the best bargains as we both can shop till we drop..went to the outlets..our best bargain was at corning...2 Pyrex bowls with covers heat or cold bags and carrier all for 10$..got one for myself and one for a gift...with coupons and all I got 3 pair of jeans and 2 tops for 50$ at Chico's and Talbot's...shoes with a 10$ coupon for 20$ at Naturalizer..they actually had a pair that fit my narrow foot...I will be jelling...and fathers presents for all the dads...it was so much fun...but boy did my feet hurt..came home and sat down with Joe as he watched the race..he rubbed my feet and I was out for the count..10-15 minutes..recharged now...going to get rid of all my old jeans now as they are either ripped , faded beyond trendy, or don't fit well...must make room in the closet for what is new.
      Tomorrow we will celebrate the veterans ands current young Americans fighting so we can be free to shop, blog and enjoy all the American ways.
      My sister is sick with pneumonia and might not be able to come for my birthday..and the local kids are in Texas...so I guess Joe and I will celebrate with friends...since I don't feel 70...or should I say...I don't feel old..maybe it is a good thing it will be simple...
