Nice hot day...made tie blankets with my grand daughter and two of her friends...It was fun but the blankets are made of fleece and it was hot...the kids didn't seem to mind...they just kept tying the strips and I kept cutting them...I spent a lot of time on the floor and felt like I was in kindergarten again ( except it was harder to get up)...especially happy to be able to have fun with kids again...my friend Wendy went back home, and Niki leaves tomorrow; so our lives will soon be quiet again. 
 The garden is doing great with all of this hot sunshine weather..I have three tomatoes growing already..and the bee bombs are a burst of red that encompasses about one eight of the garden...tomorrow I hope to dead head the roses and peonies ...everyday it demand your attention...and makes you feel useful and important to its growth...much like being a mom...
 My arm is much better but the range of motion is still not there..have to do some physical therapy...
