I have missed blogging..woke up Monday in horrific pain and unable to move my arm..pain was even more severe on Tuesday so Wednesday I went to orthopedic doctor ...could be anything from torn rotary cuff to frozen shoulder to bursitis..the doctor said x-rays showed small calcium deposits..so it could be some arthritis...but the swelling and inflammation was so great he couldn't diagnose it properly until I healed a bit..so he gave me a cortisone shot...pain is much less but still there and I can't move my arm so it is hard to do anything...kids are all coming for dad's day and I guess they are cooking or we are eating out...I feel really bad as I really like making all their favorites. But I guess G-d just wanted me to slow down a bit ....life sure is fragile and I just got the message loud and clear...don't wait till tomorrow...do it today....today was a much better day then the last 3 so I feel young again...I keep telling myself...70 is just a number.
